Project Update: April 18, 2024

This week, Monday, 4/15, through Friday, 4/19, lane and ramp closures are expected to continue along US-50 in Sacramento. Nearby residents can expect loud construction noise as contractors perform demolition work, traffic split activities, assess drainage, pour concrete and prepare for paving work.

ALERT: On westbound US-50, the far right lane between 59th Street onramp and Stockton Blvd exit is now “EXIT ONLY” for Stockton Blvd. The lane has been re-striped and additional signage will be installed to indicate the “Exit Only” status.

REMINDER: There are four traffic splits on westbound US-50, which are planned to be in place through early summer 2024. Please #BeWorkZoneAlert and always slow to 55 MPH in the construction zone.
